We have added a new service to help keep our customers up-to-date and in the loop. We have created a customer portal where customers will find news and helpful information about our company, our software, and what's new! In the future this portal will also have an online university, a download center, sales and product info and operational metrics.

UPDATE! We have been notified that due to a copyright lawsuit settlement over the verse of the prayer "Come to Me," the prayer should no longer be used in any language. MIMS system will no longer include this prayer and recommends our clients not to use it either. The lawsuit did not involve Twin Tiers Technologies or any of its affiliates or customers.

We have a new feature for our website customers to make editing quicker and easier! The products section, lists section, and obituaries section now has a lite WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor to make adding and editing those sections much easier! There is still the option to work with the html for those of you that prefer to work in that way. If you have any questions about this new feature, feel free to call us at 800-480-6467 and choose option 3 for websites.

We have just turned on a new feature for our website customers! All of our funeral home websites with the leave-a-candle feature now have a CAPTCHA system in place to help stop spammers. The form to leave a candle now requires the person leaving the candle to enter in letters and numbers from a box in order to post their candle. This is something we do for you and your families to keep all of your online obituaries and candles available to the families as a comfort.

We would like to introduce our new Website Projects Manager, Erin Bailey. Erin will be your primary contact for any questions or concerns you may have about your website. She will be able to work with you to make sure that you are giving your website users the best tools possible.
Erin Bailey has a background in both web design and human services. She attended Mansfield University of Pennsylvania for her BS in Psychology with a music minor and stayed to attain her Master of Education with a computer specialization. Being from upstate New York originally, Lima, NY (a small town near Rochester), Erin opted to move to Corning during her last semester of graduate coursework and began pursuing a career that would allow her to stay in the area. In her last job, working for a non-profit arts organization, Erin took on the project of redesigning the existing website to make it a well organized place for their patrons to get information, buy tickets, and register for educational and youth programs. She helped to show the organization what can be achieved by having a functional website, and how to do it on a small budget! Erin looks forward to achieving the same thing here in her work with our valued customers!
